At The Puppy Club, we aim to get your pup’s goodies to you as quickly as possible!

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

• Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
